The Futures of Camera

The Futures of Camera

The Futures of Camera

Since the images that a digital camera captures is in electronic form, it is a language recognized by computers. This language is called pixels, tiny colored dots represented by ones and zeros that make up the picture that you took. like any conventional cameras, a digital camera is furnished with a series of lenses that focus the light and creates the picture that you require to capture. The difference here is then; a conventional camera focuses its light on a film while a digital camera focuses the light in to a semiconductor gizmo that electronically records the light. Recall the built in computer, it comes in here and breaks this information to digital information resulting to all the features of the digital camera.

Basically a digital camera is a deice use to capture pics without the use of films. Unlike the conventional camera, the digital camera does not rely on mechanical and chemical processes. It's a built in computer and records the images it captures in an electronic form. Having and operating three does not even require the use of electricity.

A collection of tiny diodes, the CCD gathers electrons when they are struck by photons or the light particles. Each diode or photosite is sensitive to light, meaning that the brighter the light, the number of the electrons gathering will be larger

Another feature of the digital camera is that it's a sensor that converts light in to electrical charges. A charge coupled gizmo or CCD is an picture sensor that is found in a digital camera. While other low-end digital camera use complementary metal oxide semiconductor or CMOS as an picture gizmo, it can still become better and more famous in the future but most engineers are do not believe that it can replace the CCD for higher-end digital cameras.

The price of a digital camera nowadays have been depreciating, three of the main reasons of this is because of the introduction of CMOS picture sensors, this is because CMOS sensors are less costly and are less hard to manufacture than CCD sensors. A CCD and CMOS sensor works the same way at first, by converting the light electrical charges in to photosites. Basically putting it, is to think that a digital camera works in such a way as thinking that the millions of tiny solar cells, each of which forms a part of the whole picture. Both CCD and CMOS do this task using different methods.

When shopping for the best digital camera, take note of these key features.

Lens. Select a digital camera with better digital zoom. The digital zoom of the camera will enable you take the pixels from the picture sensor and incorporate them to make an picture.
Power. Always opt for rechargeable batteries, they can always come in handy, and you don't waste as much money on the disposable ones.

Picture quality. Check the resolution of the camera. The higher the resolution, the more thou will be able to enlarge your picture without the grainy or the out-of-focus effect that they all require to keep away from.

Options. So you can brag to your friends how nice a photographer or artist you are. Or select the three that gives options that best cater to your lifestyle, so you won't ever whine how you never get the right pics.

Memory. If you're a photo freak, be sure that you have memory in your camera to take all the wacky, freaky, funny and any photo you can. Think 512MB if you're a photo junkie and takes pics of anything.

Computer Interface. Always make sure that it is compatible with your PC, laptop, palmtop or whatever your local picture printer program is, you don't require to go jogging around the whole state or the country looking for a computer that's compatible with your digital camera, wont you?!

Physical. If you are going to be bringing it everywhere, select a handy and portable digital camera. This way, it won't always feel as heavy and bulky as those cameras that you see professional photographers are always dragging on their neck. Don't they ever get tired of that?!

These are the basic things you must look for in a digital camera when you buy three. A digital camera is so great that it is quickly replacing all conventional cameras in the market, with all its technology and portability, truly the digital camera is the future of cameras.

Google says mistakenly got wireless data
Alexei Oreskovic, 5/14/10

"Google Inc said its fleet of cars responsible for photographing streets around the world have for several years accidentally collected personal information -- which a security expert said could include email messages and passwords -- sent by consumers over wireless networks....Google did not specify what kind of data the high-tech cars collected, but a security expert said that email content and passwords for many users, as well as general Web surfing activity, could easily have been caught in Google's dragnet."

In Windows we can set various filters in our computer to prevent connecting our computer from certain type of wireless networks. It help us to increase the security of our computer from possible attacks of hackers by preventing our computer from connecting to unsecured untrusty wireless networks.

Why should not we connect to an untrusty network ?

Eg: One of the major potential security threat is connecting to unknown adhoc network. If the file and printer sharing is enabled in our computer, it will be much easy for a hacker to penetrate in to the data stored in our computer.

Prevent computer from connecting to untrusty network by enable filters

So to avoid this kind of situation it is better set some Wireless filters in our computer to prevent connecting our computer to an unknown network accidentally. (Some times our computer can be misleaded by the wireless network name stored in profile with an external untrusty network with same name.)

Set / Enable Wireless Filter on your computer for Adhoc / Infrastructure networks

You can set wireless filters for both adhoc wireless network and infrastructure networks.
To enable wireless filter on your computer you can use following command prompt command in DOC prompt.

netsh wlan add filter permission={allow|block|denyall} ssid=NETWORKNAME networktype={infrastructure|adhoc}

Where the implementation of this command is as follows.

See I need to set a filter for wireless network "Siju1" on my computer. It is an adhoc network. Then the command to enable filter to block this wireless network is:

netsh wlan add filter permission=block ssid=siju1 networktype=adhoc

Set wireless filter for adhoc network and infrastructure network

Here in my computer Wlansvc service was not running to enable this command. So I enabled it by following the steps in the link below.

Enable wlansvc (Wireless AutoConfig Service) on your computer

Next error message shows my command prompt is not running as administrator. To enable wireless filter on my computer my command prompt should run as administrator. Follow the steps to run your command prompt as administrator.

Run command prompt as administrator

Now again run the same command as above.
Enable wireless filter on your computer for untrusty networks

Now we have successfully add a wireless filter for the wireless network siju1.

Show enabled Wireless filters in our computer

To display available wireless networks in our computer, use the following command on command prompt.

netsh wlan show filters
Show available wireless filters in my computer

Here you can see the already created filter for wireless network siju1.

I’m aware this trick only works for Windows 7 in every version, but I’ve heard people have some results in Windows XP and Vista in being able to downgrade to Windows Media Player 9, if not an even earlier version by using Revo Uninstaller/Unlocker to delete and uninstall shell programs. It is not common place [...]
