How to change Hard Disk Drive Letters and Path : Remove current drive letter Posted: 17 Jun 2010 04:27 AM PDT Have you ever been changed the drive letters of your hard disk to different one ? It is very simple to change the current hard disk drive letter to a different letter. You don't need any third party applications for this. You can change the drive letter from computer management window. Assign Different letter to computer hard disk drive To assign different drive letter by removing the current letter, follow the steps below. 1. Right click on My Computer 2. Click on Manage 3. Click on Disk Management Disk Management is under Storage. Now you can see all the drives in your computer. 4. Right click on a drive and click on Change Drive letters and Path Note: You cannot change the drive letter of your booting drive. 5.Click on Change button Now you will get an option to select any letter from current letter for the current drive. Enter the user name and password provided by BSNL Here you should enter the data one user name and password provided by BSNL. After entering all the details save settings. 8.
